Luca's Building has its own in-house construction estimating team that prepares a detailed quantity take-off to compare with the subcontractor pricing and historical costs. Our extensive knowledge of each subcontractor trade enables us to compile accurate and detailed estimates. On a majority of our projects, we are selected in the early development stage. As a result, we have been able to refine our capabilities in conceptual construction cost estimating. Our team develops cost models of the project from start to finish by drawing on years of experience and an extensive database. Moreover, our estimates are timely and accurate – from even the most preliminary drawings. Whether you have an architect or just a sketch on a napkin, Luca's Building can play a valuable role in bringing your vision to reality. And, once the architects and consultants are chosen, we'll work together to provide the highest quality building, within your targeted budget and on schedule. Our estimating department is comprised of 3 full-time team members and many other professionals easily available. Each of these talented individuals brings their own local knowledge of costs and sub trades to the team.
